What is Eriks Steel?
Eriks steel stands for custom indoor and outdoor furniture and lighting. We do this for individuals, associations and companies alike. The products we design and make are made of steel, and perhaps more importantly, they are unique. At Eriks steel, you don’t choose a table, chair or lamp from a brochure or shelf. You have an idea, we give it a cool twist and execute it. We only create customized products that are completely based and inspired by your needs. Have you seen something in the store, but it doesn’t fit – after all, steel doesn’t give – or do you really want something special, which you can’t find anywhere else? We make it for you. Custom-made, durable and unique.
Get your 3D printing
In our search for specific products, we came to the purchase of a 3D printer several years ago. We initially used these to make specific parts for our furniture. Consider knobs, handles or molds to fit hinges. In time, small-scale production for third parties was added. Rapid prototyping is a typical example of 3D printer use. You have an idea, and want to get your hands on it first to see if you like it. After all, on the screen not everything is what it seems either. You send the file to us (dxf, stl) and we print it out in the desired material (and finish, if necessary) for you and send it to you. If you are in a hurry, this can usually be arranged the same day. All depending, of course, on the size of the print.
Talk about great. Our standard print sizes go up to 25x25x25cm. Do you want it bigger? You can, we can print up to 200x100x100cm. This is especially useful for products that do not need to be super detailed because we work with a nozzle of 1mm instead of 0.4mm.
